Why we need Hazare?

Police Department, famously one of the most corrupted department in Indian bureaucracy. I started with this because I just recalled a joke for them. Once a beggar found a 100 rupee note on the footpath. He picked it up and directly moved into one of the best restaurants of the city. Had a delicious lunch. Now its time to pay the bill. A delicious lunch costs him 2000. He didn't offered them that 100 rupee note and simply denied to pay anything. Now what, they called the police, handed over the beggar to them and that's it. He pays that 100 rupee note to the policewala and again that's it.

This is India for you guys. Any crime can ends with you being a criminal and but some money can definitely get you away. So, what is crime and who is the criminal? Are you able to guess the answer. It was always in front of us. But too difficult to be spotted. Crime is to give and criminal is I, you and everyone out there. Nothing much to say here as I know none of us is that so audacious to accept this.

Anna Hazare, An ex-army man. Fought 1965 Indo-Pak War. He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra. This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in ...the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills. In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village. Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village. This guy, Anna Hazare was awarded Padma Bhushan and is a known figure for his social activities. But do we really need a person of this height to solve this issue. No. I don't think so. However tight a rope is just cut at any of the ends is all what is needed to make it permanently loose. I hope everyone is getting the message I am trying to communicate here.

But the roots for this are so deeply rooted that a single day or fasting by a person for a couple of days could hardly change any thing. But even Sachin makes his first run in 1989 then only he could reach 18000 in 2011. So, the point is that we should not need any more Hazare in future. He had already given us a platform and to build on it is our task. You could never think of a corruption free society just the next day. It took more than 50 years for the roots to go beneath our education system and believe me even not more same time is needed to achieve what exactly we desire. Anna has asked you to stand up not just for being the mere spectators and wait for the things to change. PLEASE BE THE CHANGE.
